Hello, I'm Steve — your local milkman

I deliver milk and groceries direct to doorsteps in Eaton Bray and many of the surrounding villages, and I've been trading independently as Eaton Bray Dairy since October 2022.

Although the business is still relatively young, I'm no stranger to the round. I spent twelve years with Eggington Dairy, getting up bright and early to make sure customers had a fresh pint for their morning cuppa.

Eaton Bray Dairy was formed when Steve Peck of Pecks Farm and Eggington Dairy began a new chapter and stopped his doorstep deliveries. He kindly offered me the chance to carry on the service customers had come to rely on. After a lot of consideration and planning — and with Eggington Dairy's support — I took the plunge, and within weeks I was up and running.

A few years on, the journey has been a real success. It's hard work and exhausting at times, especially in bad weather, but the kind words from customers who are glad the round continued make every early start worthwhile.

We take pride in offering competitive prices and every variety of fresh milk, in glass or plastic bottles. Your milk is on the doorstep four days a week — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday — twice to every customer, 52 weeks a year, by 8:00am.
